After living, learning and cooking in Williamsburg, New Orleans, San Diego and Honolulu, Owner and Chef Christopher Sailer returned to the Upper Valley in 1995 and has been creating special events for clients since. Through these travels he paid close attention to the various cuisines, incorporating tastes and styles from these areas into his own culinary collage. Chris creates menus for a variety of tastes and any occasion. The philosophy behind Christophe is to bring you all of the advantages of dining out at the location of your choice from homes to fields, or an Inn of your choice. Whether it is a dinner party or a wedding we can develop a menu that will enhance the event and give you the liberty to enjoy an evening with your guests. Chris’ wife Carolyn assists with managing your event keeping in mind the details of each event and coordinating with you to create the party you desire. Consider the advantages:
